Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how returns and refunds work at MST.

Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories included
• Original invoice must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or special-order items, and products with signs of installation or use, are generally not eligible for return unless defective.

Refund Process

Once a returned item is inspected and approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method or as store credit, typically within 7–10 business days.

Defective Products

If a product arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or repair under warranty terms.
